The author's writing style is a little different than what I usually read. It took me a few chapters to adapt to the choppy sentences and the slang, however, I'm glad I pushed through. Once I got into the rhythm, I appreciated the design of the characters - oh, the wit and the sarcasm! (Great banter between Bones and Dash, and Bones and Uncle.) The plot was nicely built too - a little crime, a little love, a little backstabbing, a little cat and mouse - and was even capped with a little supernatural action. Everything wrapped up swimmingly, just the way I like an ending.Product details

Great read and kept me hooked right to the end - amazing piece of work Rimes!
